Fun Board Games for All Ages
The motivation for WordChance is to play larger words than in typical word forming boardgames based on a 7 letter rack of letters and a board size of ~200 spaces. Also, the game is less about positioning high scoring letters on premium spaces using words such as Qi, and more about the joy of forming large words.
The fundamental features are:
Larger game boards,
Larger numbers of letters to use for word forming in a players turn.
In the “full” version there are 28 games to choose from.
We also have single game versions of the app based on each of the three game themes: Wordy. Premium, and WordChance.
At the highest level:
Wordy- no premium spaces on the game board.
Premium- premium spaces on the game board.
Wordchance- adding multiplier cards to add additional chance to the game.
WordChanceSeed
To add challenge to the WordChanceSeed and “full” game, we add “seeded” words in the Arrays that can be descrambled to make rare and large words. These are large words and rare words that we have added to the game to add further challenge. Each of the seeded words has a definition that will pop-up when the word is played.
For each of these games types there are two versions that differ in the way letters are provided to the user:
Letter Rack- A 24 letter rack of random letters which are different for each player and replenished after each player turn.
Letter Array- An Array of letters that is shared by all players, the letters are depleted as each word is played. In all Array games there is the option to use a keyboard for word formation. So once you know what letter you want to play, you can drag letters from the keyboard to make wordforming easier.
How to play the game
Although there are popups that explain what to do for each game at the start, the Premium game using the 24 letter rack as the letter source has some similarity to other commonly played word forming boardgames, so may be a good place to start. That is the game Premium-LR, abbreviation of Letter Rack for letter delivery to the player.
In addition to the pre-loaded games, in the “full” game, you can make and save your own named versions of the game types to play based on the 4 themes.
In addition to the “full game version”, there are individual apps based on the four game themes. Subscribing to these games has an upgrade feature to the “full” game.

There is also the ability to add up to 1000 words that are not currently recognized by the app.
Elements of the Game
Large board (15x15 to 30x30 spaces)
Larger letter pool:
24 letter rack or
Depleting shared array/ keyboard (5x5 to 15x30 letters)
Scoring that rewards larger word formation
Chance- it’s a game for players with different skill levels
Multiplier cards- -10 to 10 times the word value
Bankrupt card
Word seeding challenge- large/ rare words are seeded in the array for you to unscramble.
A keyboard to facilitate easy additions of words from the letter array to the game board.
Playing a game- step by step:
On the Set-up tab, in the player view, edit the player name, that is you!
Add an opponent name
Go to the players tab
Select a game type
Select Play Offline or Play Online

The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- If you purchase the Full subscription, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

This Privacy Policy describes how RJGJrEnterprises handles information in connection with the Wordchance mobile application (the "App").
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We designed Wordchance to collect as little personal information as possible.
- Game Center data. If you use multiplayer features, Apple's Game Center provides us with your Game Center player identifier and nickname so that we can match you with other players and display scores. This information is managed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive your real name, email address, or Apple ID from Game Center.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We may receive anonymized transaction records from Apple to confirm your subscription status.
- Diagnostic and usage data. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash and usage statistics to help us improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or browsing history. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the limited information described above solely to operate and improve the App — for example, to enable multiplayer matches, display scores and leaderboards, verify subscriptions, and fix bugs.
DATA RETENTION
We retain Game Center identifiers only as long as needed to provide multiplayer functionality. Diagnostic data is retained in aggregated form.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Wordchance is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on Apple services, including the App Store and Game Center. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

LICENSE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its content, design, and word lists, is owned by WordChance and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJGJrEnterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, United States without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
